The issue is most likely caused by audio volume resistor or output capacitors since it has a good line out. The headphone amplifier M51568 is less likely to be problematic. If shipping isn't a problem for you, pls send it to TX,USA, I'll be more than happy to assist you.

for this problem, I think just some WD-40 can solve it, it is very easy.
