1: The laser flexible cable should be placed on the top of the upper PCB and fixed by tape.
2: Pls check again for all chassis ground connection.
3: Check the ground wiring of the upper metal cover of the laser assembly. It's a big black metal on the surface of the laser/motor assembly.
