Oscilloscope for RF eye pattern check

plan to get an used analog oscilloscope for CD player repair.
Not sure if 20Mhz is enough or I need go for 50Mhz or higher one.

Thanks for advice in advance.

Minimum is 20MHz. Recommending 40Mhz and higher like KENWOOD CS4135.
