I have yet to find the cause of the source of the CD. Still no electricity + 5v on pin number 7 on the flat cable (only +1v), pin 1 measured as 7.2v. I have replaced 2 capacitors C814 and C809 (both are broken) but nothing has changed. Please help me!

1: You'll clean the leaking on the PCB after you replaced the caps; also, check whether there's any erosion of the PCB traces.
2: Check Q806, it might has issue.
