D-303 rattling lens assembly

Hi,

I have a D-303 that had power problems. Solved this from a technician now it starts but the lens assembly does a quick movement up and down with a rattling sound. The technician can't fix this.

Any help is much appreciated.

You'll check each via especially close to that 3 SMT caps. Any black point on the trace, you'll polish it and double check.
